At Gemsparklee Stella, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their jewelry purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be returned with the original packaging, including any certificates, tags, or accessories.
- Custom-made or personalized items, such as engraved jewelry, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Earrings (for health and safety reasons).
- Personalized, engraved, or custom items.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@gemsparklee.com or call 740-869-3332 to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Packaging the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Please include any accompanying certificates or documents.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is safely delivered. Please retain your tracking number for reference.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the return to be processed after it is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective item or an error made by Gemsparklee Stella.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gemsparklee.com with a description of the issue and photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a return and refund or offer a replacement at no additional charge, depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the item and place a new order. Follow the return instructions outlined above, and once your return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the item you desire.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gemsparklee.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
8. International Returns
If you are returning an international order, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that you follow the correct customs procedures when returning the item to avoid any additional charges or delays.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date. By continuing to use our services, you accept the revised terms.
